HR Helpline

MJHRC's HR Helpline is the firm's most cost-effective service offering.    The helpline is open from 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), to help answer quick questions, make clarifications, and provide guidance on Human Resources legal/standard procedures compliance. This package is perfect for a small business that rarely has major HR issues pop up but still needs guidance on HR conformity.  It is also great for a small to mid-sized organization who has someone inexperienced handling their HR (like an Office Manager) or a larger organization that likes their HR department to double check these things to ensure they are indeed compliant. 

The HR Helpline will ensure you get the correct answer to help you make the best decision for your business and remain in compliance with the law and standard procedures.  The Helpline will typically be able to answer your question or give you guidance immediately when you call. However, if it is something we need to research more or get clarification on ourselves, we will reach out to the proper authority on the subject and get back to you quickly with the correct advice.  

The monthly fees for the HR Helpline service are listed below:

    The HR Helpline is charged at a contracted flat monthly rate.  Rates start as low as $300 per month. Your total contracted monthly rate is calculated based on the size of your organization and an estimate of how often you may use the service.   

    The contracted monthly rate gives you access to the Helpline Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 8am-4pm.  If you need to call outside of those hours, or on a weekend or holiday, you will be assessed an additional fee for that call.
