Handbooks & Job Descriptions

So often employee handbooks and job descriptions are created and maintained based on a template using general standards and requirements.  By doing so, businesses are neglecting what are their ultimate Employer Branding tools.  When candidates are looking at your organization, the first things they typically see are your job descriptions.  If these job descriptions fail to use inclusive language, fail to outline your company's culture, and make the position seem unattainable, the best candidates will just cruise on by to the next posting.
